Creative but with strong values. This is how we describe our half-board meal plan in Valle Isarco. We are ready to delight you with local, Mediterranean and specialities. For our menu, preparations, we use outstanding, specially selected ingredients for our menus, with a preference for products supplied by local farmers.

Here is a taste of a day at the Hubertus: in the morning a balanced buffet breakfast with fresh and regional delicacies is served, while in the evening you can enjoy a 4-course gourmet dinner in the restaurant.

Culinary events

Long live the Törggelen

In autumn, the "fifth season" in the Isarco Valley, the traditional inns open their doors to the Törggelen festival. Local specialties are served, such as speck, Schüttelbrot, home-made sausages and black pudding, accompanied by the famous vino novello.

Chestnut country

More than 3000 chestnut trees frame the town of Velturno. This plant represents a characteristic element of the area and, for this reason, since 1997, the chestnut festival is celebrated, called Keschtnigl.
Visitors can look forward ro a varied programme that includes cooking classes, fairy-tale excursions, gastronomic tours and much more.

Autumn of the Birmehl

September is the month of Birmehl, or pear flour. Once used instead of sugar, in recent years it has become more and more popular in the restaurants of the area. Especially around Verdignes and Pradello, where pear trees abound. In fact, the flour is obtained from dried fruit and then ground into a powder.

Weeks of the Barbiano plums

At the beginning of September, the village of Barbiano attracts plum lovers for two weeks, the fruit is used especially for the preparation of appetizers and desserts. Among the most popular products are jams, bread and even distillates, ideal as digestives.

„In Vino Veritas”

The "In Vino Veritas" event, organized in August, offers wines and local specialties in the historic centre of Chiusa. An outdoor evening for all to taste!
