Villanderer Alm

The Villanders/Villandro Meadow is Europe's second-largest high-altitude meadow. With its countless hiking trails and paths leading to the summits, Alpine enthusiasts can revel in its unspoiled landscapes and excellent look-out points from 2,000 meters above sea-level and higher. Numerous Alpine refuges, huts, and rustic inns where you can stop for a hearty snack or a refreshment are strung like pearls along the pathways.
